The New England Comprehensive Assistance Center at EDC, Inc., has opened the New England Title I Schoolwide Programs Discussion List to serve as an electronic discussion forum on issues regarding Title I schoolwide programs and their implementation.

Membership in the e-mailing list is open to anyone involved in Title I Schoolwide programs and is not limited to the new England region. Topics for discussion include but are not limited to: instruction and assessment, curriculum development, school environment, education reform, model schoolwide plans, coordinated health, standards-based reform, equity, professional development and community and parental involvement.

The discussion list gives people an opportunity to work on their schoolwide plans, ask questions and exchange info about strategies, innovative programs, problems, ideas and experiences.

To subscribe, send an e-mail message to compcenter@edc.org with the words "subscribe schoolwide" and your name, title, school/district and state in the body of your message, or visit www.edc.org/NECAC on the World Wide Web.
